Music Video Review: BLACKPINK's 'DDU-DU DDU-DU'

The music video teaser for this music video though.

BLACKPINK in your area hitting you with that "DDU-DU DDU-DU."

I was hyped up and really anticipating this music video right when I saw the teaser. There was so much was going on and the snippet of the song had hooked me onto this comeback of theirs. Even though I don't recall exactly when I began listening to them, I do know that my favorite member is Jisoo. Anyways, back to the music video, I honestly have a lot to say and nothing to say at the same time. The song is lit and amazing. The music video left me speechless and screaming and shook.

I think that BLACKPINK is the only group that I listen to whose music videos are outrageously jam-packed with many scenes, settings, outfits, and props. Recalling their past music videos, I would say that this is my favorite music video. It is mostly because the minute I finished watching this music video for the first time, I seem to have forgotten every other music videos they came out with in the past. BLACKPINK is the type of group that brings something even hotter and mind-blowing and "oh my god" every time they release new music. The music video drew me into something I've never seen before and in the three minutes and 35 seconds, I was in a trance-like state and not on Earth. Why? Because BLACKPINK took over for the time being. I guess that is why they have the phrase "BLACKPINK in your area."

Honestly, there is nothing to criticize about their music video. This exceeded my nonexistent expectations and more.

Below are some screenshots of the music video:

 [Members]

Jisoo (Vocalist / Visual / oldest in the group, born in 1995)

Jennie (Main Rapper / Vocalist)

Rosé (Main Vocalist, Dancer)

Lisa (Main Dancer / Rapper / Maknae = youngest, born in 1997)

I don't have much to say about this music video, because they just slayed my life.

BLACKPINK 화이팅!
